Abstract

Ãø¸ðµÎºÎ¹æ»ç¼± »çÁøÀº ÀÓ»óÀûÀ¸·Î ½±°Ô µå·¯³ªÁö ¾ÊÀº Ä¡¾Æ¿Í °ñ°Ý°£ÀÇ »ó¼¼ÇÑ °ü°è¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»ÁÖ¸ç, ÀÌ°ÍÀ» °èÃø ºÐ¼®ÇÏ´Â ´Ù¾çÇÑ ¹æ¹ýµéÀÌ ¼Ò°³µÇ¾î ÀÓ»ó¿¡ Àû¿ëµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ÀÌ Áß Kim¢¥s analysis´Â ¼öÁ÷ÇÇ°³(overbite)ÀÇ ÁöÇ¥·Î ODI(Overbite Depth Indicator), ÀüÈĹæÀû ºÎÁ¶È­ÀÇ ÁöÇ¥·Î APDI(Anteroposterior Dysplasia Indicator), ±×¸®°í À̵éÀÇ ÇÕÀÎ CF(Combination Factor)¸¦ Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶Ç CF¿¡ »óÇϾÇÀÇ ÀýÄ¡°¢°ú ¾È¸ðÀÇ µ¹Ãâµµ¸¦ °í·ÁÇÏ¿© El(Extraction Index)¸¦ »êÃâÇÏ¿´´Ù.

1. Á¤»ó±³ÇÕÀÚ¿Í ¥²±ÞºÎÁ¤±³ÇÕÀÚÀÇ ºñ±³¿¡¼­ ODI, APDl, IIA, ULÀº À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´À¸³ª, CF¿Í El´Â Åë°èÀûÀÎ À¯ÀÇÂ÷°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù(P<0.01).
2. Á¤»ó±³ÇÕÀÚ¿¡¼­ ODI, APDI, IIAÀÇ Æò±ÕÀº °¢°¢ 72.63, 80.47, 121.37À̾ú´Ù.
3. ¥²±Þ ºÎÁ¤±³ÇÕÀÚ ODI, APDI, IIAÀÇ Æò±ÕÀº °¢°¢ 64.46, 87.31, 129.80À̾ú´Ù.
4._ODI¿Í APDIÀÇ Pearson »ó°ü°è¼ö´Â -0.576À¸·Î ¿ª»ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù.
5. El¿Í ´Ù¸¥ °èÃøÄ¡µé°£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è´Â CF(0.777), LL(-0.607), UL(-0.589), IIA(0.485), APDI(0.444), ODI(0.304)ÀÇ ¼ø¼­¿´´Ù. ÀÌ°ÍÀº ¹ßÄ¡ºÐ¼®À» Çϴµ¥ ÀÖ¾î »ó¼ø°ú ÇϼøÀÇ µ¹Ãâµµ°¡ °¡Àå ¹Î°¨ÇÏ°Ô ¹Ý¿µµÈ´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» ¾Ï½ÃÇÑ´Ù.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution and differences of the cephalometric measurements between normal occlusion and the class malocclusion.
Kim¢¥s analysis was achieved and compared on both the 141 elementary school students with proper profile and normal occlusion and the class H[ malocclusion group at the age of 7 to 9, in Gwang-ju area and the results were as follows:
1. The ODI, APDI, IIA, UL showed statistically significant differences between normal occlusion and class I malocclusion(p<0.01). But, no significant difference existed in both CF and El.
2. The mean value of ODI was 72.62, APDI 8047 IIA 121.37 in normal occlusion.
3. The mean value of ODI was 64.45. APDI 87_31 IIA 129.89 in class III malocclusion.
4. ODI decreased as APDI increased, and the correlation coefficient was -0.576 in both normal occlusion and class malocclusion.
5. The correlation coefficient related to EI was CF 0.777, LL -0.670, UL -0.588, IIA 0.485. It means that UL and LL were very sensitively reflected on El.
